Head Instructor:
"Professor Muny Munoz is a Brazilian jiujitsu black belt with over 18 years of experience on the mats. He earned his black black belt under Stephanie Moon and Adam Dunkel who are well respected jiujitsu instructors and competitors in the bay area, As a seasoned competitor and coach, Professor Muny have earned multiple gold medals in world tournaments. Known for their patient and detailed teaching style, Professor Muny is passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a deep understanding of jiujitsu."

1. Beginners’ Program
Our Beginners’ Program is perfect for those who are new to jiujitsu. With a focus on building fundamental techniques and confidence, this class provides a welcoming and supportive environment for first-time students.

2. Advanced Program

3. Kids’ Classes
Our Kids’ Program introduces children to the art of jiujitsu in a fun and structured way. With an emphasis on discipline, teamwork, and confidence-building, kids will learn valuable skills both on and off the mats. Kids classes are offered from little tikes 3-6 year olds and 7 and above

Your first class

What to wear - Nogi Class

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you settled.
     
  • We’ll go through a light warm-up, drill techniques, and optional sparring (rolling).
     
  • No pressure—go at your pace. Coaches and teammates will guide you.

  • Bring a clean JiuJitsu gi (kimono) and belt.
     
  • A rash guard or compression shirt is recommended under the gi.
     
  • Please remove all jewelry, keep nails trimmed, and maintain good hygiene.
  • Don't have gear yet? No worries—we can recommend affordable starter options, or loaner gis may be available for your first class (just ask ahead!).

Beginner Friendly Environment

  • Wear a rash guard or tight-fitting athletic top (no loose t-shirts).
     
  • Grappling shorts or spats (no zippers or pockets) are required for safety.
